The design strategy follows and results with the relationship of input&output in the environment. With music being the “input” in the project, it stimulates the cell units which move in coordination with it. As they move accordingly, they expand or contract the membrane. With the contraction, cells unite and create new cell units with a new membrane within the membrane. As they expand and move away from each other, they become individual cells again.

The movement stimulated by the input of music, results in the output of:

1-Skin (changes according to the variable of input)

2-Light (as skin expands, it lets out light)

3-Volume (as the system is always in movement, a clear and frozen volume will only appear when music stops, with a different volume in every stop)
